Members of the uncommon endangered tapir species have welcomed a brand new little member at a zoo in Sri Racha district of Chon Buri province. Although some think tapirs appear to be pigs with small trunks, they’re truly associated to horses and rhinos. The sweet little tapir, a male, was born to his mom Jomklone, and father Wiang, just weeks earlier than the zoo’s forty fourth anniversary.
